Minimum Requirements:
- 5 years experience in full-service dining cooking
- Able to provide a minimum of 3 industry references
- A team player
- Punctual & manage time well
- Clean and presentable
- Fully vaccinated against covid-19
Line Cook
Compensation:
- starting pay of $15/hour
- 4 day workweek with 3 consecutive days off
- 2 weeks paid vacation
- Major holidays off & paid (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Fourth of July)
Dishwasher
Compensation:
- starting pay of $13/hour
- 4 day workweek with 3 consecutive days off
- 2 weeks paid vacation
- Major holidays off & paid (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Fourth of July)
Server / Bartender
Compensation:
Hourly base pay + pro rata share of FOH tip pool
